Day 1: Arrive Cairo, Egypt
Arrive in Cairo where you are met by your JOURNEY representative and transferred to your hotel with fantastic views of the pyramids.
Day 2:Full Day Pyramids Tour
Visit the world-famous pyramids of Giza, built as tombs to the ancient pharaohs and still irresistible to travellers more than 4,000 years later. Don’t miss the chance to climb into one of these pyramids and explore it from the inside. Ride Like a Local on a camel, and then visit the Solar Boat Museum, with its namesake ancient wooden vessel measuring over 140 feet in length, and the enigmatic Great Sphinx. After lunch at a local restaurant- Explore the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities (or the Grand Egyptian Museum, upon its opening), home to the world’s largest collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts, some dating to 4000 BC. View its famed Mummy Room and the remains of Egypt’s pharaohs, including Ramses II. Continue to the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, a souk (open-air marketplace) where you enjoy a free-wheeling treasure hunt. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.
Day 3: Cairo-Aswan &Nile Cruise
After breakfast you will be transferred to airport to take the flight to Aswan. Arrive Aswan, transfer to your Nile cruise. Your guide will pick you up from cruiser to start your half day tour which includes Philae Temple, a felucca boat ride around Elephantine Island and the botanical gardens. Overnight stay on board in Aswan.
P.M. Visit the historical old Cairo, The hanging church ,and Islamic Cairo. Overnight in your hotel in Cairo
Day 4 Aswan-Kom Ombo-Edfu
After breakfast finish the visits of Aswan with the high Dam passing by the old Dam of Aswan. After lunch sail to Kom Ombo. Visit Kom-Ombo Temple. Sail to Edfu & Dinner on board. Arrive Edfu & overnight stay in Edfu on board.
Day 5 Edfu-Esna-Luxor
After breakfast visit Edfu Temple.Sail to Esna Lock. Cross Esna Lock, sail to Luxor. Overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 6 Luxor&Disembarkation
Breakfast and disembarkation from the cruiser. Visit West Bank of the Nile including The Valley of Kings, The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari and the two colossi of Memnon. Go on with the visits of Karnak & Luxor Temples in the east Bank. After visits you will be transferred to airport to take the flight to Cairo. Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 7 Departure
Pick up from the hotel,
Transfers to the airport of the final departure.
